Children's Birthday Parties made easy with KB02 Venue Hire.

With our stand out facilities and friendly staff, you can rest assured that the kids as well as the adults are in good hands - we specialise in good vibes, fun times and leaving lasting memories!

Our well renowned 3-Storey Soft Play Frame is suitable for all ages and included in the hire charge. We now also have a free-to-play arcade room, a shooting gallery, Table Tennis, Photobooth all included in the price - there's loads going on!

Private Hires give you the flexibility to tailor your party exactly how you had imagined it. If exclusivity is what you're after, KB02 provides a great service at reasonable prices.

Re-arrange the place as you please, we can accommodate up to 50 children and 35 adults in one single booking.

Whilst no food or catering facilities are available, you are free to organise for food to be delivered to the venue.

The "Intergalactic" cafe/bar is available for hot & cold drinks as well as a wide range of alcoholic beverages at reasonable prices.

We encourage guests to use our sound and lighting system available to them. Play music from mobiles, CD's, USB sticks or playlists from any web based music sites if you have an account. DJ and Entertainment options are also available.

Available to book for 2 hours or more between 10.00am and 11.00pm Sunday - Thursday and Midnight on Friday and Saturday.

What to bring

Please remember that you will need to supply your own food, cold soft drinks, music, table cloths, plates, cups, cutlery etc. as well as any decorations you may wish to use.

We are able to supply empty jugs for squash, just remember to bring your own squash.

What NOT to bring

We do not allow you to bring in:

Alcoholic Drinks.
Glass.
Kettles, Urns or any other hot water devices.
Party Poppers or Pinatas.
Firework or Sparkling type candles (smoke alarms are activated).
Cooking Equipment.
Chewing Gum.

Hot drinks, beer, wine and spirits are available to purchase and we provide a microwave for your convenience, no other cooking facilities are available or can be used on the premises.

Remember

Bring your own food or order it in! (bring a buffet or order in McDonalds or Pizzas etc.) It is up to you...

Bring your own drinks, we have empty jugs you can borrow for your own squash. We have a cafe that sells teas, coffees, slush and snacks, you can open a tab for guests drinks if required.
Bring your MUSIC. We can play your CDs or plug in your smartphone, MP3 player or laptop via a headphone socket.
Bring your own cultery (plastic cups, plates etc). We advise to also bring a marker pen, otherwise you go through a lot of cups!
Bring your own decorations if you want.
You can even bring your own entertainers, face painters or balloon makers etc.
Socks must be worn please advise your guests!

Refund Policy no

Refund Policy for Exclusive Hire of the Venue Purchased Online and Policy Regarding Cancellation of above items Purchased Online.

You may cancel a booking for Exclusive Hire of the Venue during a cooling off period of 7 days and receive a full refund. The only exception to this will be if this is a late or short notice booking for an event that will occur in less than 21 days from the date of purchase.

Once this cooling off period has lapsed the following refund policy applies. Substitution of an alternative name or date/time is acceptable at any time up to 21 days before the date of the booked hire .

80% refund will be given for cancellations given in writing more than thirty calendar days from the delivery of a Private Hire.

For client cancellation of the booking with less than thirty calendar days but more than 21 calendar days prior to the booked date we will refund 50%. For cancellations of less than 21 calendar days prior to the booked date no refund is payable.

There is no refund available after attendance. Customers may seek references in advance to ensure that the hire they have booked or purchased meets their clearly stated expectations.
